• No Percentage Criteria. 

Skills Required:

• Ability to pay attention to details and handle stress well.
• Should have an outgoing and positive demeanor while working with the team and dealing with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should have an outgoing and positive demeanor while working with the team and dealing with customers
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional advantage.
