Position : Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Pune

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,60,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum.

Educational Criteria:

• BE /B. Tech /BCA /BCS /BSc /MCS /MCA /MSc (CS/IT) Only.
• No passing criteria.
• No percentage criteria.

 Roles & Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications utilizing modern front-end libraries and frameworks, such as React, Next.js, and Material-UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Build and optimize efficient back-end systems using Node.js and Python, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
• Design and implement secure and scalable databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis, for data storage and retrieval.
• Leverage AWS services to deploy, manage, and monitor applications in a cloud environment, enhancing reliability and performance.
• Utilize DevOps best practices to streamline development workflows, automate deployment processes, and ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design to create efficient and robust software solutions.
• Investigate and adopt emerging technologies and best practices to enhance product functionality, performance, and user experience. 

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React,Next.js, and Material-UI.
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js (Express, Nest.js, etc.) and Python (Django, Flask, etc.), with examples of projects showcasing this expertise.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages like Java and Python is a plus.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis.
• Familiarity with AWS services for deployment, scaling, and monitor.
• Bonus points for DevOps experience, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles. Understanding of large-scale system architecture and performance optimization.
• Previous exposure to startup environments is a plus, highlighting adaptability and resourcefulness.
