Job Location: Pune

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Criteria:

  • Education: BE / BTech (All Branches)
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2024/ 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage: No percentage Criteria

Position 1: Solution Success Analyst

Job Description:

The Solution Success Analyst will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of the company's software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing system behavior, and helping clients maximize product value.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering. 

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
  • Knowledge of Java or Python programming basics
  • Strong command over SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Ability to interpret logs, system outputs, and technical documentation
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Position 2: Implementation Solution Engineer

Job Description:

The Implementation Solution Engineer in the Managed Services team supports eGain customers post-launch by managing platform features, making configuration changes, authoring knowledge content, and generating reports. This customer-focused role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to implement solutions and optimize operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Complete Managed Service tickets on time, ensuring compliance and meeting milestones.
  • Understand business requirements and implement solutions on the eGain platform.
  • Build reports and dashboards using eGain Analytics Hub.
  • Analyze operational reports, provide insights, and recommend best practices.
  • Assist with knowledge content migration and authoring using eGain Knowledge Hub.

Skills Required:

  • Programming knowledge in Java or Python
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database queries, and data validation
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and application configuration
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
