Job Type: Night Shifts (Rotational Week Offs & 5 Days of Working)

Educational Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduates / Post Graduates 
• Batch: No Passout Criteria
• Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Active listening and empathy
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Multitasking and time management
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Teamwork and professionalism
