Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our clients and ensuring their success with our product. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth and successful deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical solutions to clients in a timely and effective manner
• Configure and integrate our product with client systems and processes
• Provide technical support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process
• Work with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Document processes and procedures for internal use and for clients
• Keep up to date with new product features and updates and be able to communicate them to clients effectively

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Database and SQL Query
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
