Job Description:
So, if you are interested for Customer Care Executive
(Technical Support) position, you have to play the roles and responsibilities
as follows in my company. As a being customer care executive cum technical
support, you have to provide service to our existing customers. When the
customers will call on customer care number, you have to attend their call
promptly and answer it, understand their problems and challenges and according
to that you have to provide a technical solution to these customers. So, you
can provide it technical solution with available resources like you can take
access of Anydesk from the customers and you can provide technical solution
with the help of Anydesk which is one of the best resources. Even you can
provide a solution by voice calls or video calls.
If the customer’s requirement is to come on site and provide technical solution/software installation/software training, you will have to go on site and provide technical solution/ software installation/software training. So, for that you should be ready to travel across India maximum 5-6 times in a month(As of now you should be ready to travel across Maharashtra)
Note: Whatever expenses are required for
travelling, lodging and foods, that will be provided you in advanced so, no
worries about expenses
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify
and Evaluate Technology Solutions.
- Promptly
answer & support related Phone calls.
- Problem
Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time.
- Identify
Potential Issues & give quick solutions for them.
- Conduct
online training sessions for the Clients.
- Conduct
online/onsite New Installations.
- Provide
Online and offline support to our customers via available resources.
- Handle
other technical Issues
Skills Required:
- Basic
Knowledge of Hardware, Networking & Software & its types
- Working
knowledge of basic network configuration.
- Working
Knowledge of all types of IT Hardware and Software
- Basic
knowledge of computers (Types of Printers, Networking, OS, etc)
- Fluent
& Soft communication
- Ready
to learn new technologies on his own
- Ready
to travel across the country, if required
- Networking
( LAN, MAN, MAN, Bus topology, VPN) Networking Configuration
