Percentage Criteria
Role & responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for managing motor/home Policies,
providing regular updates to all related parties either written or through
chats.
- Candidate is expected to ensure that all correspondence, written or
verbal, is to the highest professional standard.
- Candidate should take all steps necessary to progress the claim
further keeping in mind the end customer and ensure that the outcomes of
processing is to the standards of WNS and that of WNS Clients.
Skills: Communication Skills should be excellent
Recruitment Process:
- Round 1: Registration & Aptitude Test
- Round 2: HR & Ops Interview
- Round 3: Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo and clear the
Writex assessment at WNS office before we release their offer letters.
