Experience: Fresher
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,75,000/- Per Annum.
Job Location: Pune
Educational Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Batch: No Passout Year Criteria
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international customer calls related to technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Provide accurate information and step-by-step solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
- Update records and document customer interaction
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
