Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/
BSc/ MCA/ MCS/ MSC (CS/ IT/ ENTC Branch)
- Batch: Pass-out Year 2024, 2025
& 2026 Batch Only
- Percentage: 60% throughout in
10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Position 1: Java- Backend Developer
Role & Responsibilities:
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a Software Developer role.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Development of micro services based 'Core Banking Product’ in java technologies (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular JS etc), Guiding junior team members in the team
- Mandatory Skills: Java 1.8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, python, Django.
- Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
- Perform basic testing and support deployment tasks.
- Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
- Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
- Assist in preparing client training materials and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of AngularJS
- Strong understanding of SQL and Database Management
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Familiarity with Jenkins (CI/CD tools)
- Experience or knowledge of the Banking Domain
Position 2: Support & Implementation
Role & Responsibilities:
Implementation:
- Install, configure, and deploy core banking software solutions at client sites or remotely.
- hands on Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL add MSSQL or SQL server.
- Conduct data migration, parameter setup, and environment configuration as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal product teams for customization or integration needs.
Support:
- Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and patch releases.
- Prepare and maintain implementation guides, user manuals, and support documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking processes (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, GL, etc.).
- Experience with banking products or fintech applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with system integration (APIs, middleware) in a banking environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Position 3: Automation/Manual Testing
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in designing, creating, and maintaining automation frameworks, including BDD (e.g., Cucumber)
- Strong command over tools like Selenium, Cypress, and hands-on API testing
- Expertise in test strategy design, CI/CD integration, and scalable test architecture
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring QA teams for high-quality deliverables
