Job Description:

The Technical Support Team for the e-surveillance project is responsible for supporting installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination activities across project sites. The team ensures smooth execution of field operations, timely issue resolution, accurate reporting, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, clients, and field engineers.

Role & Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day technical operations related to CCTV, NVR, broadband, link devices, access control, and associated surveillance hardware.
Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and branch/site teams for installation, troubleshooting, revisits, and closure activities.
Ticket generation of faulty material during installation, faulty material replacement, dispatch follow-up, and proof of delivery where required.
Ensure all site observations, technical issues, and activity remarks are properly documented in reports and trackers.
Follow up on connectivity issues, IP whitelisting, device health, camera coverage, and commissioning status until closure.
Escalate delays, dependency issues, and unresolved technical problems to the concerned stakeholders on time.
Maintain coordination through email, calls, WhatsApp, and project trackers for effective communication and closure.
