Job Description:
Online Munim Softwares is seeking a
dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to
join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance,
troubleshoot software issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering
timely solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via
phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues related to software
usage, installation, and performance.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Online
Munim’s software solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate unresolved
technical problems.
- Customer Training:
- Assist customers by providing product training for better
understanding and efficient use of the software.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate logs of customer issues, resolutions, and
product feedback.
- Update knowledge base documentation and FAQ for common issues.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (development, CRM, and support)
to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and gather
feedback for product improvements.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and
enhancements.
- Educate customers on new functionalities and improvements.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting
methods.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience with technical support or customer service in a software
company.
- Knowledge of web-based software, cloud solutions, and technical
troubleshooting.
