Job Description:

Online Munim Softwares is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
    • Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues related to software usage, installation, and performance.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Online Munim’s software solutions.
    • Collaborate with the development team to escalate unresolved technical problems.
  3. Customer Training:
    • Assist customers by providing product training for better understanding and efficient use of the software.
  4. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate logs of customer issues, resolutions, and product feedback.
    • Update knowledge base documentation and FAQ for common issues.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (development, CRM, and support) to ensure smooth issue resolution.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback for product improvements.
  6. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and enhancements.
    • Educate customers on new functionalities and improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience with technical support or customer service in a software company.
  • Knowledge of web-based software, cloud solutions, and technical troubleshooting.
