Position: QA & Customer Support
Engineer
Experience: Freshers
Approx. Package: Upto Rs
1,40,000/- to Rs. 2,80,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Pune

BCA/ MCA (CS/IT branch Only)

Job Description:
This is a dual-role position involving:
- Product
Quality Testing (Web + Android + iOS)
- Customer
Support Handling
- Product
Training & Demo Delivery
You will work closely with real users, understand their
problems, test the system, report bugs, and ensure a smooth experience. This
role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology + communication +
problem solving.
Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Product
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Test web & mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Perform functional, UI/UX & regression testing
- Identify, reproduce and document bugs
- Work with development team for issue resolution
- Validate fixes and ensure zero-defect releases
- Prepare test cases & user scenarios
🔹 Customer
Support
- Handle inbound customer queries via call, email & chat
- Understand user issues and guide them in product usage
- Log customer tickets and follow up to closure
- Identify recurring pain points & improvement areas
- Act as a bridge between customers and product team
🔹 Training
& Product Demo
- Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients
- Provide training to teachers, staff & administrators
- Create user guides, FAQs, and help videos (optional)
- Explain product features and best practices
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of software / web applications
- Strong communication skills (Hindi / English – Marathi optional)
- Basic understanding of LMS/ERP domain is a plus
- Ability to explain technical things in simple language
- Problem-solving and customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail with passion for testing
- Willing to work full-time from office at Pune
