Description:
We are
looking for trained fresh graduates to join our technology
teams across multiple skill tracks. You will work on real-world enterprise
applications, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and modern UI systems, supported
by structured onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on project assignments.
Role &
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training + project
onboarding and deliver assigned tasks
- Develop, test, and maintain application
features/modules
- Work with teams on Agile/Scrum processes
(daily stand-ups, sprints)
- Follow coding standards, version control,
and documentation practices
- Debug issues, support QA/UAT, and
contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(QA, DevOps, BA, Product)
Skills
Required:
- Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception handling
- Basics of Spring/Spring Boot (preferred)
- Frontend basics: HTML/CSS/JavaScript + React/Angular basics
- REST APIs fundamentals
- Microservices basics, JPA/Hibernate
- Git, Maven/Gradle, Unit testing (JUnit)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Team collaboration and ownership mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies
