BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA/ ME/ MTech (CS/IT Branch Only)

Percentage Criteria
Position 1: Management Trainee
(Application Support)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist
in managing projects related to Treasury Operations and Payment
Systems.
- Support
day-to-day activities for systems such as SFMS, NEFT, RTGS,
and Liquidity Manager (QNG).
- Work
with seniors to implement, integrate, and maintain Treasury applications.
- Coordinate
with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor
project tasks, risks, and timelines under the guidance of project leads.
- Assist
in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for payment processing
and liquidity management systems.
- Participate
in system enhancements, testing (UAT/SIT), and documentation activities.
- Gather
business requirements and help translate them into basic technical inputs.
- Ensure
compliance with IT security standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare
reports, MIS, and presentations for internal reviews and management.
Skills Required:
- Interest
in learning / Basic understanding or academic exposure to Payment
Systems (SFMS, NEFT, RTGS) and banking technologies.
- Interest
or knowledge in Liquidity Management Systems (QNG).
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability
to understand both technical and functional aspects
(Techno-Functional mindset).
- Good
coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity
with Banking IT systems, security protocols, and basic
regulatory concepts (added advantage).
- Good
communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Academic
projects or internship exposure in Banking / Financial Services /
FinTech.
- Understanding
of regulatory frameworks related to payments and settlement systems
(desirable but not mandatory).
Position 2: Java Developer
(Fresher)
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, coding, testing, and
maintenance of Java-based applications.
Work with senior developers and project leads to understand
requirements and implement solutions.
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and
improving existing applications.
Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code following
coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
Learn and apply new technologies and frameworks relevant to
the project.
Skills Required:
Good understanding of Core Java (OOPs
concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, etc.)
Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Spring
Framework is an added advantage
Familiarity with SQL / PL-SQL and database
concepts (Oracle / MySQL preferred)
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will
be a plus
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
