Position: Trainee Product Support
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum

Bond: 02 Years
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Educational
Criteria:
- Education: BE/ BTech (CS/IT & ENTC Branch
Only)
- Batch: Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only.
- Percentage: 60% throughout in
10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Role and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls to report, follow up, or escalate issues.
- Show urgency in resolving customer concerns and take ownership of issues and escalations.
- Track customer calls and coordinate with escalated support tiers for progress.
- Execute customer edits in CRM and manage customer permissions to external tools.
- Ensure customer support entitlement status.
- Deliver customer notifications, marketing information, or product updates.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or related field
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Knowledge of SQL (added advantage)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
