Position: Project Management Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Internship Duration: 06 Months

Approx. Stipend During Internship: Upto Rs. 10,000/- Per Month

Approx. Package Post Internship: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum.  (based on performance evaluation)

Job Location: Pune

Bond: 2.5 Years

Educational Criteria: 

• Education: BE /BTech (CS/ IT Branch Only) MCA /MCS /MSc/ MBA (Project / Operations Management)
• Batch: Pass out Year 2023/ 2024/ 2025 Batch Only
• Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.

Roles & Responsibilties:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project execution
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and project discussions
• Assist in task planning, tracking, and scheduling
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation
• Support resource allocation and project management activities

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of Project Management concepts
• Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic technical understanding in Java, .NET, or Python
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
