Position1: SQL Developer
Job Description:
As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing,
managing, and designing, SQL databases while supporting the development
of data-driven applications. You will work closely with our development team to
deliver high-quality solutions for the healthcare domain.
Role & Responsibilities:
Database Development-
- Design
and develop SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Create
and maintain relational database structures.
Data Analysis and Optimization-
- Analyze
data requirements and write optimized SQL queries to extract meaningful
insights.
- Monitor
and improve database performance, ensuring efficient query execution.
Database Maintenance-
- Perform
database backups, recovery, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure
data integrity and security at all times.
Skills Required:
- Strong
knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Basic
understanding of database design concepts and data normalization.
- Knowledge
of SP & Join, Basic of SQL.
Collaboration:
- Work
closely with developers and business analysts to support application
development.

Position 2: Android Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Android
Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate
should have a good understanding of Android development fundamentals and be
eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and native mobile development.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

Position 3: Software Support Executive / Technical Support Executive
Job Description:
The Software Support Executive will be responsible for
handling client queries, understanding technical issues, coordinating with the
development team, and ensuring timely resolution within defined TAT (Turnaround
Time).
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong sense
of responsibility.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Provide software support to hospital clients.
- Respond to client queries received via phone, WhatsApp, and email within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Understand client issues clearly and document them properly.
- Coordinate with the development/technical team for issue resolution
- Follow up regularly on open issues until closure.
- Inform clients once the issue is resolved.
- Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions.
- Submit daily work reports and End-of-Day (EOD) updates to reporting manager.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Polite and professional speaking ability
- Good listening and problem-understanding skills
- Basic technical understanding of software applications
- Ability to handle client pressure calmly
- Good email drafting skills
