Position: Java Support – Digital Channels

Experience: Freshers

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,25,000/- per Annum.

Job Location: Belapur, Mumbai

Job Type: Rotational Shifts

Bond: 2 Years (If the bond is broken, a penalty of 2 Lakh will be incurred.)

Educational Criteria:

• Education: BE/BTech/BCA/BCS/BSc/MCA/MSC/MCS (CS/IT Branch Only)
• Batch: Pass-out Year 2025 Batch Only
• Percentage: No Percentage Criteria

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Digital Banking applications.
• Handle user queries and troubleshoot application issues.
• Perform basic SQL queries and log analysis.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain incident and service request records.
• Ensure timely closure of support tickets as per SLA.

Skills Required:

• Basic Java knowledge
• SQL/Database fundamentals
• Understanding of application support processes
• Good written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• Knowledge of Banking/Digital Channels applications will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Java and SQL
• Good communication and analytical skills
