Position 1: MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying fullstack web applications. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll be building web applications from the ground up, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers

Role & Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Build interactive user interfaces using React.js. Work with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
Back-End Development: Design and implement the server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to support both web and mobile applications.
Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases using MongoDB. Optimize data structures for performance and scalability.
API Development: Develop RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front [1] end and back-end. Ensure data security and efficient handling of API requests.
Integration: Integrate third-party services and libraries into applications to meet business requirements.
Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability. Perform debugging to identify issues and optimize code.
Version Control: Collaborate on GitHub or GitLab to manage source code, handle version control, and review pull requests.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to bring products to life.
Deployment: Manage application deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues with live applications.
Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability.

Skills Required:

Experience: 0+ years of professional experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Front-End Technologies: Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux is a plus. Confidential
Back-End Development: Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js, including middleware, API design, and handling asynchronous operations.
Database Management: Proficient in MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL databases. Experience with data modeling, queries, and aggregation.
Version Control: Strong experience using Git for version control and working in collaborative environments (GitHub/GitLab).
API Design: Experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
Security: Understanding of web application security principles (e.g., data validation, authentication, authorization).
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes like Scrum or Kanban.
Deployment: Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean) and using containerization tools like Docker.

Position 2: AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. You’ll work on real-world applications of Deep Learning and Generative AI, contributing to cutting-edge projects in computer vision, natural language processing, or multimodal AI. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning, hands-on experience with at least one completed project in deep learning or generative AI, and a hunger to learn and grow in this dynamic field.

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the ML team to build, train, and deploy deep learning models.
Design, train, and finetune AI/ML Models, especially Generative AI, Computer Vision to address specific use cases
Define architecture and tool selection for CV training system and chatbot.
End-to-end model integration for classification, segmentation, and detection YOLOv5–YOLO12, SAM variants, etc.).
Lead RAG + Neo4J + Vector DB pipeline development.
Implement FastAPI with dynamic model loading and optimization.
Conduct benchmarking and performance tuning across all models.
Validate inference latency, optimize for CPU and GPU-based systems.
Lead development for multimodal (Text, Image, Audio, Video) models.
Implement Ask-Anything pipeline with context retrieval.
Apply advance techniques, including embeddings, finetuning, and custom prompting strategies.
Deploy, manage, and optimize AI models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (or other cloud platforms like AWS/Azure Confidential
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, data scientist, and software engineers to deliver AI driven solutions
Hands on experience on Docker, Kubernetes.
Finalize documentation, manage error handling, and testing workflows.

Skills Required:

Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, ML Algorithms, Data Modeling, Data Handling.
Experience in Computer Vision
Classification, Object Detection (YOLOv11/12), Segmentation (SAM/SAM2, MobileSAM, FastSAM, Mask-RCNN), Image Processing, Model Finetuning.
NLP and LLM Experience
HuggingFace Transformers, Open-Source LLMs (LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, DeepSeek, Phi-2)

API Development & Integration
