Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic ERP
Support Executive to support schools using the eTechSchoolOnline
ERP system. The role involves assisting clients with onboarding,
training, day-to-day issue resolution, and coordinating with the technical team
to ensure seamless ERP usage. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy
problem-solving, communication, and working closely with users to improve their
experience—freshers with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
Client Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and minor technical issues
across ERP modules.
- Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues and
follow up until closure.
- Provide timely and professional support to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Implementation & Onboarding
- Assist with ERP implementation for new schools, including data
migration and initial setup.
- Configure ERP modules based on client requirements (student data,
fees, timetable, transport, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions for school administrators, teachers, and
management staff.
System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor ERP performance and prepare usage insights as required.
- Ensure data accuracy by guiding clients on proper data entry and
updates.
- Identify improvement areas and share user feedback with the product
team.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of support tickets, resolutions, and change
requests.
- Prepare weekly status reports and client feedback summaries.
- Assist in creating user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or software applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or similar tools is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn can
apply.
