Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support & Implementation
Executive who will play a key role in implementing EduCloud products at
customer locations, ensuring successful onboarding, training, usage adoption,
and providing continuous customer success support.
This role requires a blend of communication skills, analytical
capability, product understanding, and a passion for helping customers achieve
value through technology.
Role & Responsibilities:
Product Implementation & Onboarding -
- Understand
EduCloud products thoroughly (ERP, LMS, AI modules, etc.).
- Map
customer requirements with product capabilities to ensure successful
implementation.
- Configure
and implement various modules based on business needs.
- Conduct
onboarding sessions, user training, and product demos for customers.
Customer Success & Adoption Monitoring -
- Continuously
monitor customer usage and adoption patterns.
- Engage
with customers who are not actively using the system, understand blockers,
and provide guidance or training.
- Inspire
and motivate users to adopt digital processes using EduCloud solutions.
- Build
strong relationships with users to ensure long-term engagement.
AI Module Coordination
- Work
closely with the development and AI teams to communicate real user
challenges.
- Provide
insights on how AI features can simplify the end user’s daily workflow.
- Participate
in testing and validating AI-powered features.
Issue Identification & Reporting
- Identify
bugs, issues, and performance gaps in the system.
- Report
issues systematically to the development team with clear descriptions,
screenshots, or recordings.
- Track
reported issues until closure.
User Experience Feedback
- Observe
and analyze potential UX issues faced by customers.
- Suggest
improvements to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate
with developers, designers, and product managers to refine the user
experience.
Skills Required:
- Strong
understanding of Web Applications and Mobile Apps.
- Excellent
communication skills (verbal & written).
- Very
good analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-mapping skills.
- Hands-on
expertise in Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
- Ability
to understand business processes quickly.
- Comfort
in interacting with customers, handling queries, and conducting training.
- Energetic,
proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience
in SaaS products, ERP, LMS, or enterprise software.
- Prior
exposure to implementation, customer support, or technical coordination
roles.
- Understanding
of basic AI concepts will be an added advantage
