Position 1: Business Analyst
Position 2: SQL Developer
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Ghansoli, Mumbai
Bond: 02 Years
Educational Criteria:
- Education: Graduate & Post Graduate (CS/ IT &
ENTC Branch Only)
- Batch: Pass-out Year 2024 & 2025 Bath Only
- Percentage: No percentage Criteria
Position 1: Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Ability to gain in-depth understanding of the Company’s Insurance software products and solutions
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand client needs, and fine tune the product road map & enhancements
- Ability to understand client business requirements and map into appropriate solution in the product
- Strong experience in writing in-depth Functional & Technical Specification documents, BRD and other supporting product documentation
- Mapping requirements into user stories, estimating efforts & commercials, tracking product release cycles, BA sign off on testing, and client sign off for UAT/Production
Role & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in Insurance domain preferred (at Insurance Company, Insurance Broker or Software organization)
- Experience in liaising with various entities of the Insurance chain (viz. TPA, Insurance company, Corporates) and good understanding of underwriting, claims, Insurance Company escalation procedure, Insurance Brokerage and Third Party business flows.
- Experience in AGILE implementations and design of Insurance software solutions is an added advantage.
- Candidates must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Insurance domain certification will be an added advantage.
Position 2: SQL Developer
Role & Responsibilities:
- Programming Knowledge of T-SQL. i.e. (Procedures, Functions, Views, Trigger)
- Knowledge of SQL Server Indexing Concepts.
- Basic Knowledge of Backup and Restore Process.
- Good to have experience in T-Sql code performance tuning.
- Should have experience of working on Sql Server 2008 or above
