• Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA/ MCS/ MSc (All Branches)
• Batch: No Pass-out Criteria
• Percentage: No Percentage Criteria

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring live video feeds to identify security threats, suspicious behaviour, or unauthorized activities.
• Responding promptly to alarms or alerts triggered by surveillance systems.
• Notifying appropriate authorities or personnel in the event of security breaches or emergencies.
• Following established protocols and procedures for handling security incidents and maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional monitoring service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
