• Education: BE / BTech (CS/ IT/ AI/ ML/ DS Branch Only)
• Batch: Pass out Year 2025 & 2026 Batch Only
• Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Job Description: 

We are looking for a PMO to strengthen our project governance framework and drive operational excellence across our portfolio of initiatives. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain project management standards, reports & work as Operations backbone of an organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with defined process
• Track project performance metrics, KPIs, and provide regular reporting to Program managers
• Manage the project portfolio prioritization process in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct project reviews and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide guidance to project teams
• Monitor budget utilization and variance across projects
• Support change management activities and stakeholder communications
• Implement and maintain project management tools and systems
• Support project managers and teams

Skills Required:

• knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.) & SAP
• Understanding of financial aspects of project management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytics mindset to analyze the past data and project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
• Excellent in Excel Analysis & Reporting
