Online Munim
Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical
& Training Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good
knowledge of IT software and technical support, along with excellent
communication and training skills. The candidate will be responsible for
assisting customers/users with software-related queries and providing effective
product training.
Role &
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through calls, chats, emails, or other support channels.
- Understand and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product/software training sessions for customers and users.
- Explain software features, functionality, and processes in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide customers through software setup, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Create or contribute to training materials, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Stay updated with product features and software updates.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while handling queries.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT software / SaaS applications.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
