Position: SAP Basis Junior Consultant (Java & SQL)

Experience: Fresher

Training Period: 03 Months

Approx. Stipend during Training: Upto Rs. 15000/- Per Month.

Approx. Salary Post Training: Upto Rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/- Per Month. (Based on performance)

Job Location: Pune

Bond: 39 Months (3.3 Years)

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA (CS/ IT/ Branch only)
Batch: No Pass-out Year Criteria
Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Assist in SAP system monitoring and daily checks.
·         Support SAP system start, stop, and basic administration tasks.
·         Help with user creation, role assignment, and password resets.
·         Assist in transport management and system maintenance.
·         Monitor system performance and report issues.
·         Support senior BASIS consultants in troubleshooting.
·         Maintain basic SAP documentation.

Skills Required:

·         Knowledge in JAVA & SQL.
·         Basic knowledge of SAP BASIS.
·         Understanding of SAP system landscape.
·         Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows servers.
·         Willingness to learn and grow in SAP BASIS.
·         Good communication and teamwork skills.

Terms and Conditions:

·         Joining as Junior Consultant.
·         Stipend during training: ₹15,000 per month.
·         After training: promotion to Associate Consultant based on performance with a salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
·         A 39-month service agreement is mandatory.
·         If the agreement is breached within 39 months, legal damages of ₹3,00,000 will apply in addition to any court and legal fees.
