Position: Technical Support Engineer

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,80,000/- Per Annum 

Job Location: Pune

Shift: Night Shift

Educational Criteria: 

• Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MCS/ MSc (CS/ IT Branch Only)
• Batch: Pass-out year 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
• Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer issues and resolves them within specified time limits using remote
• support applications
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Search and identify solutions for software and hardware issues
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end-users.
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Priorities and manage several open issues at one time
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

Skills Required:

• Experience in handling remote support applications
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Ready to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
• Familiarity with the ASP DOT NET framework
• Familiarity with the SQL Database
• Ability to use GIT
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
