Position: Jr. Software Engineer

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Package:

· First 3 months: Upto Rs 12500/- Per Month
· After 9 months: Upto Rs 21100/- Per Month (for first year)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time (Fresher)

Bond: 2.8 Years

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSC/ MCA (CS/IT/Branch Only)
Batch: Pass-out Year 2023, 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
Percentage: No Percentage Criteria

Role & Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications under the guidance of senior team members.
·         Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using standard programming practices.
·         Work on programming languages and based on project requirements.
·         Perform basic debugging, issue fixing, and unit testing.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and analysts.
·         Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality.
·         Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as required.
·         Maintain basic technical documentation and follow development standards.

Skills Required:

·         Familiarity with version control tools like Git is an added advantage.
·         Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
·         Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
·         Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
