Approx. Package During Internship: Upto Rs. 2,18,000/-  to Rs. 2,50,000/- Per Annum.  

Approx. Package Post Internship: Upto Rs. 3,50,000/-  to Rs. 3,70,000/- Per Annum.  

Job Location: Pune

Job Type: Full Time

Bond: 02 years

Educational Criteria: 

  • Education:  BBA/ BCom/ BA/ BSc 
  • Batch: Pass-out year 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage: 70% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role & Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & First Touch Engagement (Core daily activity)

·       Make cold calls / warm calls to prospects to introduce the company’s software or IT services

·       Deliver a crisp value proposition within the first 30–60 seconds

·       Handle gatekeepers professionally

·       Ask qualifying questions to understand:

o   Current systems / vendors

o   Business challenges

o   Ongoing or upcoming initiatives

·       Create interest without overselling

Appointment & Meeting Fixing (Key measurable output)

·       Schedule discovery calls, demos, or face-to-face meetings for managers

·       Coordinate calendars across time zones

·       Send professional meeting invites with agenda

·       Follow up to ensure meeting attendance

·       Reschedule missed meetings proactively

Pitching & Solution Positioning (Initial Level)

·       Explain high-level offerings:

o   Software development

o   Automation

o   QA/testing

o   Cloud, ERP, CRM, or custom solutions

·       Map prospect pain points to business outcomes

·       Share relevant case studies or success stories

·       Avoid technical deep dives—focus on business value

Follow-ups & Nurturing

·       Conduct structured follow-ups via:

o   Calls

o   Emails

o   LinkedIn messages

·       Share:

o   Company decks

o   Case studies

o   Whitepapers

·       Nurture long-cycle prospects consistently

·       Re-engage dormant leads

Objection Handling & Conversation Control

·       Handle common objections like:

o   “Not interested”

o   “Send mail”

o   “We already have a vendor”

·       Respond confidently with value-based answers

·       Keep conversations professional and positive

·       Know when to push and when to step back

Professional Experience

·       0–2 years of experience in:

o   IT services sales

o   Software / SaaS sales

o   Inside sales / tele calling / lead generation

·       Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered

·       Experience in B2B sales preferred

·       Excellent verbal and written English communication
