Role & Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling
& First Touch Engagement (Core daily activity)

Make cold
calls / warm calls to prospects to introduce the company’s software or
IT services
·
Deliver a
crisp value proposition within the first 30–60 seconds
·
Handle
gatekeepers professionally
·
Ask
qualifying questions to understand:
o Current systems / vendors
o Business challenges
o Ongoing or upcoming initiatives
·
Create
interest without overselling
Appointment &
Meeting Fixing (Key
measurable output)
·
Schedule discovery
calls, demos, or face-to-face meetings for managers
·
Coordinate
calendars across time zones
·
Send
professional meeting invites with agenda
·
Follow up
to ensure meeting attendance
·
Reschedule
missed meetings proactively
Pitching &
Solution Positioning (Initial Level)

Explain high-level
offerings:
o Software development
o Automation

Experience
