Position: Software Development – Backend / Full Stack

Experience: Fresher

Internship Period: 06 Months

Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 7,000/- per Month.

(Followed by permanent employment based on performance)

Approx. Package After Internship: Upto Rs. 4,50,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Backend Developers with Full Stack exposure (Freshers) who are eager to build scalable server-side applications. The candidate will work on backend development, API creation, database management, and integration with frontend applications. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in backend and full-stack development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java / Python (as applicable)
Design and implement RESTful APIs
Work with databases such as MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Handle server-side logic, authentication, and authorization
Integrate backend services with frontend applications
Optimize application performance and scalability
Debug, test, and maintain backend code
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
Follow coding standards, security practices, and documentation guidelines

Skills Required:

Backend Development, Java / Python (any one), Express.js / Spring Boot / Django (basic understanding), REST APIs, MongoDB / SQL Databases, JavaScript Fundamentals ,Git / Version Control, Full Stack Development Basics
Strong understanding of backend fundamentals
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and server-side concepts
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React – basic level)
Understanding of MVC or layered architecture
Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Exposure to React.js or any frontend framework
DSA - Problem solving, SQL, Schema design, AI Integration
Basic knowledge of authentication (JWT,sessions)
Understanding of cloud or deployment basics
Internship or academic projects in backend / full stack development
