Skills Required:
- Excellent
interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates
should be ok with Shifts – 24*7 & Original Educational Document
submission.
- Ability
to pay attention to details and handle stress well.
- Should
have an outgoing and positive demeanor while working with the team and
dealing with customers.
- Multi-task,
prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Customer
service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional
advantage.
